PALESTINE MUST BE GRANTED FULL MEMBERSHIP STATUS OF THE UN FOR A START

Granting Palestine full membership status doesn't receive enough attention by UN and that matter again vetoed by America, amidst increasing the concern or miscalculation of wars between Israel and Iran. This step taken by Algeria towards attempting to make good on the promise made in 1947 when the UN General Assembly adopting a partitioning then mendated-Palestine into two states one Jewish and one Arab. Only Israel was given full membership of UN in 1949. The question of giving full membership to Palestine was raised many times for decades and even though Palestine received a Permanent Observer Status in 2012 but couldn't be a full member so far but was granted temporary power of a full member during its tenure as chair of the G-77 and China grouping in 2019, led by Algeria 12 of 15 member supported the resolution but US, using its vetoing, said that it believed that Palestine shouldn't be granted the membership through UN process, but through direct negotiations between the parties.

    Added by the Israel Ambassador on giving full membership at this time, six months after the October 7 terror attacks by Hamas, would be "the vilest reward for the vilest crime" opposing this the other parallel thing could also be argued this crucial and dire need of the time to recognize Palestine's long term denied right- after the attacks done by Hamas, the aftermath of it, Israel has bombed Palestinians both in the Gaza strip and The West Bank without any discrimination. In spite of being applied ceasefire resolution by UNSC, the bombardment has been continued by Israel, even US also signed on it and giving threatens to continue another offence on Rafah, It shows that Palestine should be granted full membership so as to raise his voice as strong as on the multilateral stage, 

    The US should leave any blanket protection and seriously reconsider Israeli position on all issues. A great flaw exists in this matter because Israeli PM Netanyahu who already said it earlier in January that "he would never accept a Palestinian state and showed intention to retain full Israeli security control all the territory west of Jordan and Palestine in the UN fold would also ensure that the new state would be bound by the obligation of all UN members." 

    It is unjust to consider all other Palestinians to conflate them with terrorists attack offended by Hamas, Distinction should be considered between combatants and non-combatants this can marginalize the pain of all victims of violence. This time international order is being fractured by one country and the other country US, as a global leader, must not favor  one country and rebuild the assurance by not breaking consensus. If US indulge in a position to do so then it will be sufficient to break the UN's basic Principle : Sovereign equality of all, following instead the more primitive dictum that " Might is Right."
